This contest is open to all BCard members nationwide from 2nd January to 29th February 2012.
|
|
•
|
To participate, swipe your BCard at least twice at any BCard participating store during the contest period.
|
|
•
|
Weekly winners will be selected based on the highest spend, most number of swipes and lucky draw winners during the contest period.
|
|
•
|
1st to 3rd Grand prizes’ winners will be selected based on the highest spend and most number of swipes during the contest period.
|
|
•
|
Winners will be notified via email or phone.
|
|
•
|
Winners are required to produce their BCard upon collection of prizes.
|
|
•
|
Announcement of winners will be published on website, facebook and twitter.
|
|
•
|
Weekly points rewarded will be credited into winner’s account two weeks after notification.
|
|
•
|
Grand prizes (1st to 3rd prizes) must be collected within 1 month from the date of notification.
|

|
Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements. BLoyalty Sdn Bhd will not notify winners of time remaining. It is the sole responsibility of winners to collect their prizes.

Should there be any dispute in the interpretation of the provisions of the Terms & Conditions, the dispute shall be referred to the management, whose decision shall be final. Any appeal thereafter will not be entertained.

By participating in this campaign, participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated above, and consent to any publicity which may be generated as a result of this campaign, and any use on any marketing material and in any media any time, including use of participant’s name and photograph in all related marketing and publicity contents.
